How to collect your cash
- Visit any PEP, PEP HOME, PEP CELL, Shoprite, Checkers, Usave, Game, Pick n Pay, Boxer or Capitec ATM near you.
- When collecting in one of the partner stores, tell the teller that you have a cash transfer from a Capitec client.
- The teller will then ask for the reference number.
Can you withdraw r10 at Capitec ATM?
The minimum you can withdraw is R20. 00. Our ATM’s do not dispense coins.

The easiest way to withdraw money from a Capitec ATM without a card is to use the Send Cash feature. This option allows you to send money from your cellphone (via the Capitech Banking App or by SMS) to be collected using a unique reference number and four-digit PIN (which you set yourself).
